- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Various Jackets to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315220 (Men�s and Boys� Cut and Sew Apparel Manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
