- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50720Q00000016, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - DAIRY.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-06.� The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of �number of employees� not to exceed 500 employees for small business concerns.� Offers will be FOB destination with the delivery period specified as 13 weekly �Tuesday� Egg deliveries beginning July 7, 2020 and ending September 29, 2020.� Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation.� The contract type will be firm-fixed price.� The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price.� Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00. Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. �Invoice(s) are to be sent to the address listed on block 18a of the SF-1449, attention to: FCI El Reno Business Office.� �The solicitation will be made available on or about May 15, 2020, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.� Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 27, 2020.
