Description
The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground, Belvoir Division, on behalf of Night Vision Electronic Sensors Directorate, seeks to issue a solicitation for the extension of Task Order W15P7T-10-D-D413 BD05 by a period of 60 days, with an additional option period of 100 days.� This extension will be at no change to the existing Task Order value. The Task Order is with CACI TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 14370 Newbrook Drive Chantilly, VA 20151-4206. The extension is contemplated to prevent a lapse in service while the competitive follow-on Task Order is executed. Services under this effort include engineering, program management, program acquisition support, systems engineering, training, fielding and logistic support as well as software development services.� These services provide operational support to both longer research, development, and engineering efforts as well as the quick reaction support services and material directly related to C5ISR Center NVESD efforts to provide rapid technology solutions to the War-fighters to address urgent current/future mission needs related to Army Modernization priorities, conflicts, and Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). All vendors interested and capable to provide these services starting 21 June, with no transition, for a period of 60 days, with an additional option period of 100 days, must respond with a capabilities statement and fully address the questions below by no later than 30 May 2020.� Responses shall be limited to no more than 20 pages in total with email Subject: Response to RFI W909MY-20-R-C023 � �COMPANY NAME�. 1. What is your experience integrating and testing prototype force protection sensors with existing Army Command and Control (C2) systems? If you have experience, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 2. Do you have experience developing, testing, integrating, and delivering EO/IR sensor simulations and training products leveraging the NVToolset? If you have experience, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 3. What is your expertise in the execution of electro-optic/infrared (EO/IR) sensor field data collections and exercises to support modeling & simulation verification & validation, data augmentation efforts, and sensor algorithm training?� If you have expertise, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 4. Do you have experience integrating, testing, and fielding quick-reaction/prototype EO/IR sensors and C2 systems in support of CONUS and OCONUS force protection initiatives? If you have expertise, please describe. Please include in your description any reference as a prime or subcontract, specific contract numbers, and programs. 5.� What is your expertise in developing EO/IR and countermine modeling and simulation software to support Army testing and experimentation?� Please describe. 6. What experience do you have with Risk Management Framework including the Access-Only Process and how it applies to Army initiatives?� Please describe. 7. Do you have SECRET cleared personnel available, with no transition, to take on all existing programs 1 July 2020 with no transition for a period for 60 days?� If so are these personnel current employees, team members, or potential hires?
