General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Colorado Springs Delineated Area: Bound on the north side by Garden of the Gods Road and Austin Bluffs Parkway; Bound on the east side by N Academy Blvd; Bound on the south side by S Academy Blvd; Bound on the west side by Route 11, Interstate 25, Highway 24, and N 31st Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,470 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,217 Space Type: Office, Courthouse, Other Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Parking Spaces (Structured): 9 Full Term: 240 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Location must be capable of meeting Facility Security Level 2, in accordance with attached requirements.
