Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,470 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,217 Space Type: Office, Courthouse, Other Parking Spaces (Total): 23 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Parking Spaces (Structured): 9 Full Term: 240 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Location must be capable of meeting Facility Security Level 2, in accordance with attached requirements.
