SOURCES SOUGHT 92 OG REMOTE NIPR/SIPR This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Fairchild AFB, WA is seeking information on companies that for a device that allows connection to NIPR/SIPR via LTE/4G/3G cellular networks. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a Request for Quote and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties shall be required to respond to the resultant notice separately from their response to this notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The government seeks to find any large or small business that is capable of preforming this requirement. Interested contractors shall provide their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: � Business Name and Address � CAGE Code � Size Classification � Socioeconomic Classification Based on NAICS Size Standard � Point of Contact Include a one page attachment outlining the company's capabilities and evidence of your Company�s experience providing the required vehicles to include: � TO Numbers � Project Titles � Dollar Amounts � Points of Contact Responses due no later than 10 June 2020 @ 1:00PM Local Time SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR 92 OG REMOTE NIPR/SIPR: The 92nd Operations Group has a requirement for a device that allows connection to NIPR/SIPR via LTE/4G/3G cellular networks.� Device must be equal to or more capable than the VoyagerECK to enable the 92nd Operations Group to execute the adaptive basing concept. The VoyagerECK or its functional equal must give aircrew the ability to go anywhere in the world that has an LTE/4G/3G cellular network and have access to both NIPR/SIPR networks.� The VoyagerECK or its functional equal provides communications flexibility, so the aircrew can land anywhere with a cellular network and contact the Air Operations Center (AOC) for subsequent mission instructions.��� Remote NIPR/SIPR Minimum Device Characteristics: ����������� Small Footprint � 14�L x 9�W x 4�H � Medium size Pelican Case or smaller ����������� Utilize multiple types of SIM cards � Must be ccompatible with Google Fi ����������� Supports up to 4 users ����������� Creates local WiFi ����������� Certified through DISA ����������� Less than 3 minute startup to use time ����������� Provides access to NIPR/SIPR without being at an DoD facility
