- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interested suppliers of riprap and gravel. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Upper Snake Field Office, anticipates a future procurement for the supply and delivery of large riprap material, cobbles and gravel, and crushed aggregate base course at the Linderman Dam, approximately nine (9) miles northeast of Newdale, Idaho. See attached draft specifications for more information. Reclamation intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract. The delivery schedule will be determined after reviewing the responses from this Sources Sought Synopsis. Sources are being sought for vendors with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 212319, Riprap (except limestone and granite) mining or quarrying. Responses are requested with the following information: 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include any designations as Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or 8(a) shall be indicated on first page of submission. 3. DUNS and CAGE number. 4. Estimated schedule of delivery. Include a short estimation of how many deliveries would be required, and over what period of time deliveries would be made to location in attached scope of work (i.e. 3 weekly deliveries for 4 weeks, etc). 5. Certification from quarry that materials are free of disease and pests of concern in accordance with IDAPA 02.06.26.100. Materials from quarry as well as all equipment used to load and deliver materials must be subject to inspection prior to loading, and again at entry of Seed and Potato Crop Management Area. 6. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes, describing no more than three (3) contracts completed within the past five years of the issue date of this Sources Sought Notice. The past performance information shall include project title, location, general description of similar specifications or scope, the Offerors' role, dollar value of contract, and name of the company, agency or government entity for which the work was performed with contact information (reference name, phone number and e-mail address). Highlight any experience providing services or supplies on a Seed and Potato Crop Management Area. If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the Prime Contractor's name and a quantifiable amount (percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work.
