- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: 55 CONS/PKT, Offutt AFB, NE intends to award a 6-month sole source extension to All Native, Inc. under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contract FA4600-15-C-0006-Web Control is for maintenance, repair support, upgrade, installation for the USSTRATCOM WebControl System located at Offutt AFB, NE, and Davis Monthan AFB Arizona. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE intends to extend the Web Control contract by an additional six months to�30 June 2021, the value will remain the same at $1,068,601.14.� �The main driver of the period of performance extension is to allow the customer to find a new solution to monitor the data center at distant locations. The USSTRATCOM C2F facility has a new facilities monitoring system �that requires a broad spectrum solution.� �Therefore, an extension to the current WebControl �contract is required to ensure the continuation of services and will serve as a bridge to enable the determination of a solution for facility monitoring. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal or a solicitation for offerers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
