Description: The Air Force Rocket Lab (AFRL) at Edwards AFB requires a pump to fill a high-pressure liquid oxygen tank for use in the Multiscale Rocket Engine Test (MRET) Facility. MRET is a new high-pressure, small-scale rocket engine test facility that is being constructed. This system involves several high-pressure flow systems. One of these flow systems is for liquid oxygen (LOX). The tank supplying this system is required to be filled to the service pressure.
