Description

TITLE: FA480920Q0047, Sole Source Acquisition for CRxFlex 2 system Preventative Maintenance The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Newco for the required preventative maintenance service�on the CRxFlex 2 system. This procurement will be for the preventative maintenance on two (2) CRxFlex 2 systems.� Contractor shall be certified to perform preventative maintenance on CRxFlex 2 system by Baker Hughes, a GE company. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:� This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.�
