- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The American Embassy San Salvador will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The American Embassy San Salvador located in El Salvador has a requirement for mobile line services for the Embassy staff and land lines services in the Embassy compound. The prices listed in the RFQ Reference 19ES6020Q0041 shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. The contract will be for a one-year period with two option years. Prices should be submitted as per requested CLINs stated in Section 1.III.Pricing, of the referenced RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
