- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal medical surveillance services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules. Work shall be performed in the USACE Piney Woods Region located at Sam Rayburn, 7696 RR 255 West Jasper, TX, 75951. The Ordering Periods will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods.
