Description

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Housing of Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD-OIG) is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for the procurement of six (6) official parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) within a two-block radius from 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) on Page 11 of the�clause�package.� This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 812930. The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods as follows: Base Year: August 01, 2020 through July 31, 2021 Option Year 1: August 01, 2021 through July 31, 2022 Option Year 2: August 01, 2022 through July 31, 2023 Option Year 3: August 01, 2023 through July 31, 2024 Option Year 4: August 01, 2024 through July 31, 2025 Interested offeror shall submit questions no later than 11:00 AM EST on Thursday May 21, 2020 electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov (ATTN: Poore/Ashcroft� RFP-HUD-NYCParking).
