Description

Amendment 0001 - Time extension for site visit request, site visit, questions due, and proposal due dates as identified in the attached SF30. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for Concrete Structural Repairs in Building 1, at the NIST location in Boulder, Colorado. The scope of the requirement includes, but not limited to: repair of five structural columns, install crack monitor, remove and reconstruct beams and columns, rehabilitate concrete waffle deck, beams, columns, and walls; clean and paint metal conduit chase, and rehabilitate concrete surfaces and provide protective coating on elevation surfaces. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, the size standard is $16.5M.
