- Description This acquisition is proceeding as a competitive 100% Small Business Setaside, Request for Proposal (RFP).� This procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1JZ, NAICS Code: 561210. The U.S. Small Business Administration size standard for this code is $41,500,000.� All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, Howard Gregory, e-mail howard.gregory@usace.army.mil, (916) 557-5217.� The Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000 �JOB DESCRIPTION: �The objective of this anticipated contract is to obtain maintenance services for all facilities and utilities systems, electronic surveillance systems (ESS) for security, and properties occupied by Army Reserves Center (ARC) at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), in Concord, CA. The 834th Transportation Battalion is the principal owner and port operator at MOTCO conducting military general cargo and ammunition vessel loads and discharges.� Provide all personnel, management, supervision, general and specialized equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repair, repair by replacement for all Real Property including Electrical Plants and Distribution Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Propane Systems, Buildings and Structures, Pest Management, Roads and paved surfaces, Pier Maintenance, etc. The contract awarded from this procurement will be a performance�based, firm-fixed price services contract with one base year and four option years. The source selection will proceed as�a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The solicitation will be available on/about 18 Jun 2020, for viewing/downloading documents. All Proposals will be due on/about 20 Jul 2020/2:00 pm PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.SAM.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.SAM.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.SAM.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov before accessing the RFP documents. To register, click on the Register Now button in the Vendors Block and follow the instructions. The following information will be required: SAM System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); DUNS Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and E-mail Address.
