Calibrate & obtain proper door alignment per manufacturers specs, check for proper operation per manufacturers specs, adjust locking mechanism to maximum setting and engagement, clean and remove excess grease and lubricate all mechanisms with proper lubricant, test electrical operation for door control and proper indication, test emergency release function of door and make needed adjustments.
