Description

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Generator, Alternating INPUT NSN: 6115-01-137-9504 INPUT P/N: 179-60500-11 / AE2152MK2 OUTPUT NSN: 6115-01-137-9504 OUTPUT P/N: AE2152MK2 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 10 Minimum - 252 Maximum (42 each FMS) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. There is a Depot maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR-55-6115-507, Revision Date: 06/25/2013, No Change #. The DMWR is adequate for a Small Business Set-Aside competition for the overhaul of the Generator, Alternating. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
