- 21 April - added updated Q&A and floorplan 14 April 2020 - Updated specifications, extended closing and offered site visit opportunity. See attachment�W912L1-20-Q-0072-0004 for details. 8 April 2020� DUE TO THIS BEING A TIME SENSITIVE REQUIREMENT . An evaluation preference is being added to the solicitaton for shorter delivery and installation lead time. See the Instructions to Offerors and Clause 52.212-2 The Texas National Guard has a requirement for medical records shelving units. Includes installation of required units. See attached solicitation for more details. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS ADDED ON 7 APRIL 2020. ATTACHMENTS - FLOOR LOAD LIMITS AND FLOORPLAN The closing date for this solicitation is being extended to allow for more specifications to be added. These specifications are still being developed. Expect to add them next week. Closing date may be adjusted again based on when these specs are added and questions concerning them.
