This is an amendment to the above Sole-Source Solicitation. The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below: -Updated�PWS -Extend the sole-source solicitation due date to May 21, 2020, 10:00am Central Standard Time (CST). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a Sole Source Solicitation notice for the procurement of�Preventative and Remedial Maintenance of EOS 3D Printer machines currently in use at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. This acquisition is sole source to Phillips Federal. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker AFB, OK intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of the aforementioned service. FOB destination is Tinker AFB, OK. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. Please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a proposal. Please send in the actual solicitation completed along with any other documentation to support your company's proposal. Please make sure information stated is readable and legible. This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement, so state the price on your proposal as all inclusive of everything. (i.e. shipping, taxes, fees, ect...)
