No additional part numbers will be added, however a revision of P/Ns will be provided in an amended RFP.� Will all Repair CLINS include��� I/A Report info �Inspection/Acceptance Report: Receiving Report Required�? Yes. A revision RFP will add this informaiton.���� Should CLIN 0003�read the following: Inspection: Origin �Acceptance: Origin �Inspection/Acceptance Report: Receiving Report Required �FOB: Origin �Yes.�A revision of the RFP will include this information. � CDRL A001 � requires both DD250 �DD� and Letter of Transmittal, will both be required? Yes.�CDRL A001 will stand as written. There is a requirement for IUID marking, however there are no Data Requirements or CDRLS included for IUID Marking Plan or the Verification Reporting? IUID Marking Plans for approved sources will not be required, however new sources will have this requirement. Can�DFAR Clause 252.225-7013 Duty Free Entry be added? Yes.�A revision of the RFP will include this clause. Can the PWS be updated to be more clear on the following: PWS Paragraph 8.14- In two separate� paragraphs (Para 1.5 and Para 8.13), it states when a unit is� returned as result of PQDR more than 1 time in any 12 month period, then ESS will be required. ( we understand this to mean on the 2nd and any subsequent return with in the 12 month period).� Paragraph 8.14 states ESS is required when same serial number returns to repair less than 12 months from previous repair. (we understand this to mean all returns under warranty).� Yes. PWS language will be adusted in an amended document. *Updated on 20 May 2020 to include: Amended RFP FA8251-20-R-0003-0001 (See attachment RFP for specific amendment details) Revision update of PWS from PWS_Jan to PWS_Apr RFP deadline extended�to 1 June 2020, 4:00 pm MST Please review attachments SECTION_L.pdf and SECTION_M.pdf for proposal guidance and evaluation criteria. Requirement is restricted to qualified source(s). All non-qualified vendors that submit a proposal in support of this requirement must comply with qualification requirements found in Clause 52.209-1, and the source qualification statement attached hereto, in order to be considered for award. Award will not be delayed to qualify new sources. This is a five (5) year Requirements contract for radar repairs for the F-16 Aircraft. The contractor will be required to provide all labor and parts or other materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the effort. Contract will be firm fixed price. Funded task orders will be issued and assets provided to the awardee as requirements generate. *Updated on 12 March 2020 to include PWS attachment
