- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Solicitation No.W66QKZ00936575 Black start inverters for Bonneville Lock & Dam Project SOLICITATION OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME: �June 02, 2020, 3:00 PM PST This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W66QKZ00936575 for two 75KVA DC/AC Inverter, Dual Input; and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.
