- This solicitation will contain NSN (6150 016791317) for a WIRING HARNESS BRAN � This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set Aside This is a Stocked Item. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery is 275 days ARO. This NSN is NOT commercial, Export Control | Critical Part | GOV�T FAT - #of Samples: 1 EA This NSN requires Higher Level Contract Quality Requirement. Configuration control and the Foreign Bearing Restriction apply to this procurement. Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking Requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. �Solicited as restricted competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated RFP issue date is 06/01/2020. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
