- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) � Fort Eustis is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the U.S. Army Cyber Capability Development Integration Directorate, Future Concepts Center, Army Futures Command. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis under a Firm Fixed-Price Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period.� A traditional Industry Day will not be held due to the COVID-19 outbreak. However, the information that would have been presented at the Industry Day has been included with this SSN.
