This is not a request for proposal, but a survey to locate potential sources.� This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. It is for market research purposes only. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business, Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. In an effort to conduct research in artificial intelligence and health management, the Vehicle Technology Directorate (VTD) within ARL requires quantity one (1) deep learning workstation. The Contractor shall deliver quantity one (1) deep learning workstation in accordance with the following specifications to the CCDC US Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, MD: Shall have one (1) motherboard that is compatible with the processor and all other requirements. Shall have a minimum of four (4) NIVIDA Tesla V100 GPU Cards with 128 Gigabyte (GB) of GPU Memory and a minimum of 2,500 tensor cores and a minimum of 20,475 Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) cores. Shall have a minimum of 256 GB DDR4-2133 LRDIMM server memory. Shall have a minimum of three (3) 1.92 terabyte (TB) of hard disk storage separate from the Operating System (OS) boot drive which shall have a minimum of 1.92 TB of storage. Shall a minimum of 1500 Watt (W) 115-240 V AC power cord. Shall have a Dual 10Gbase-T (RJ45) port. Shall have two (2) external SATA (eSATA) ports. Shall have two (2) USB 3.1 ports. Shall have four (4) USB 3.0 ports. Shall have three (3) display ports. Shall have Ubuntu Desktop Linux OS. Shall have DIGITS training system. Shall have NVIDIA Deep Learning SDK with versions of CUDA and cuDNN. Shall have NVIDIA Cluster Portal. Shall have NVDocker containerized app deployment. C.
