- � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �Draft Statement of Objectives � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � For the �Flight Demonstration of Electrified Aircraft Propulsion Concepts for Subsonic Transports� The �Government � Contractor Interchange Meeting� will be held from 10:00 am PT to 2:00 pm PT, on 3 Jun 2020.To participate in the meeting, interested Companies must submit their list of potential attendees to James G. Williams, via email james.g.williams-1@nasa.gov, no later than 1:00 pm PT, 29 May 2020 using the attached �Attendees List�. NASA will only send out a meeting invite to the individual listed on the �Attendees List�� It will be the Company�s designated Point Of Contact�s (POC) responsibility to make sure that the required representatives are listed or informed of this information. The attached �Questions & Concerns� shall be used to document any questions or concerns relating to the Statement of Objectives and the information provided during the meeting. Company may ask question throughout the meeting but the question has to be also submitted in written to receive the official answer. The questions, the responses to the questions, and any information provided in response to the concerns will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website. All questions and concerns shall be submitted to James G. Williams, via email james.g.williams-1@nasa.gov, no later than 12:30�pm PT, 5 Jun 2020. It is the responsibility of any and all interested Companies to monitor this website for amendments to this announcement.� This announcement is for market research only and the information gathered will only be used for that purpose.�
