Solicitation Amendment 0001 added 22May2020 -- See document for details.� CLARIFICATION added 04May2020 -- Proposals due no later than 02June2020. Posted 30Apr2020 -- The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) Contracting Center requests a proposal for the design/build project to remove aggregate and then seal in its entirety on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. All work is to be done in accordance w ith the Scope of Work for PR 2017-6607. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a total 100% Small Business Set Aside. This RFP contains one base bid. All w ork is to be completed in accordance w ith (IAW) the Scope of Work (SOW), attached specif ications, and draw ings. See DFARS 252.236-7001. IAW FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the total estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractor Questions are due May 14, 2020 at 1000 (10:00 AM) Central Standard Time (CST). There w ill not be a site visit held for this requirement. Please see Executive Summary for detail.
