Description
The objective of this Contract is to provide technical services in support of ongoing Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) remedial actions at the Former Fort Ord including: Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) Cleanup; and Hazardous, Toxic Waste (HTW) Cleanup. Technical support for ongoing remedial actions to include: Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) technical support; both for Escorts in required areas and Construction Support Annual surface monitoring License maintenance for the Explosives Storage Locker Munitions Security Guarding Homeless Encampment Cleanup Consolidated detonations as needed Blow in-place actions if needed Small-scale Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) remedial action and reporting The Contractor shall provide the necessary technically qualified staff, materials, and supplies to complete the tasks identified in each Task Order.� The Contractor is encouraged to hire within the local geographic area.� The Contractor shall be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks identified.� The Contractor shall provide on-site supervision, management, and administration of all Contractor staff.� This includes: 1) coordination of work tasks for staff, 2) development and coordination of all work products, and 3) resolving personnel management issues such as vacation and sick leave planning, personnel reviews and appraisals, and other related activities. **The site vist has been re-scheduled for this procurement to 5 June 2020. Please limit attendees to no more than two per firm. USACE reserves the right to reduce the number of participants to one per firm if there are too many RSVPs to accomodate within the COVID-19 safety plan.
