Description

Attached is the DRAFT ATSS IDIQ-R REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) AND DRAFT ATSS IDIQ-R RFP ATTACHMENTS for the upcoming Analytic and Technical Support Services Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Recompete (ATSS IDIQ-R) supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other DoD Fourth Estate Agencies.���� THIS DRAFT RFP IS NOT A FORMAL REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. Proposals are not being requested or evaluated at this time. A FINAL RFP will be released at a later date for which interested contractors may submit proposals. Attached also is a GOVERNMENT�ANSWERS DOCUMENT for questions and feedback submitted in response to the ATSS IDIQ-R Draft Performance Work Statement (HQ0034ID03192020). Washington Headquarters Services / Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) welcomes industry review of the DRAFT RFP and will accept comments, questions, suggested changes and feedback by 28 May 2020 at 3:00 p.m. All questions and feedback on the ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT RFP must be submitted electronically to Warren Arthur, Contract Specialist at warren.g.arthur.civ@mail.mil and to Elizabeth Fuller, Contracting Officer at elizabeth.e.fuller2.civ@mail.mil. Input received after this date and time may not be considered in the FINAL RFP. The subject of the email must be titled �ATSS IDIQ-R DRAFT RFP Questions and Feedback- and �. WHS/AD will not be posting a GOVERNMENT RESPONSE DOCUMENT to any comments, questions, suggested changes, or feedback. However, all input will be considered and incorporated as required in the FINAL RFP. The DRAFT RFP is subject to change as a result of WHS/AD�s consideration of the input received from industry. The anticipated FINAL RFP release date is 8 June 2020. The contract award date is estimated to be 31 August 2020. WHS/AD has not made a commitment to procure any of the services discussed and should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost from which reimbursement would be required or sought. The information provided herein is subject to change and is not binding. No emails, telephone calls or meetings about this DRAFT RFP will be accepted.
