- Project: Provide, Place and Compact 3� Gravel on 8 Dikes at Ft Gibson Lake Project, Oklahoma Location: Fort Gibson, Oklahoma Posting date: 22 May 2020 Solicitation Number: W912BV20Q0096 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a solicitation, W912BV20Q0096, to deliver, place, and compact 3245 tons of 3� of crushed limestone gravel over approximately 23,700 linear feet x 10 feet wide (minimum) of dikes roads at the Fort Gibson Lake Project in Oklahoma Set-Aside: This solicitation is solicited as a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000.00. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the Magnitude of this Construction Project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis to be exercised at the Government�s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, subcontracting information, and past performance. The anticipated award date is on or about July 7, 2020. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov (beta) Website at https://beta.sam.gov/. It is the contractor�s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. Any and all amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Solicitation issue date is May 22, 2020. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about June 26, 2020. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award.
