- Project Title: Camp Rilea ANG Station Repair 116th ACS O&T B7116 Project No: ERWM 12-2100 This project is located at the 116th Air Control Squadron (ACS) Operations and Training Building at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon. The street address is:��� 91588 McCarter Rd, Warrenton, OR 97146 This project is being solicited 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. For Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit information, please see SECTION 00100 Paragraph 2.1. FAR Provision 52.236-27 Alt 1, Site Visit (Construction) is incorrect and will be revised through an amendment to this solicitation. This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB), offers will not be opened publicly. In accordance with the COVID-19 precautions, we will not be having a project brief or a question and answer session in conjunction with the site visit.� We will start at 1030, and proceed to cycle through the building in small groups. Questions should be sent by email to andrea.k.smothers.mil@mail.mil. �We respectfully request you wear a mask for your safety and ours. Personnel who have had any of the symptoms identified by the CDC or if�they have been out of the country within the past 14 days should not attend. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.� Please see the attached solicitation and additional documents. ** 20 May 2020 ** Notes from the pre-proposal site visit and the list of attendees have been added under the file name ""11 Pre-Proposal Site Visit MFR.pdf"" All requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted in writing via email to andrea.k.smothers.mil@mail.mil and should include the following information: Date of Proposal Inquiry: From: Company Name: Phone Number: Email address: Proposal Inquiry: Be specific as to part of solicitation you are questioning to include which document, page and section you are referencing. All RFIs must be received NOT LATER THAN 21 May 2020 and will be posted not later than 28 May 2020.� All subcontractors are encouraged to work through their Prime / General contractor to submit RFIs. ** 22 May 2020 ** Amendment 0001 to solicitation W50S8Y-20-5-5000 has been issued and can be found in the attachments. The amendment extends the submission date for RFIs and for the reciept of offers.
