- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 70Z080-18-Q-P45F8500. This number is for tracking purposes only. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333318. Per FAR 6.302-1, the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract to JWC Environmental Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued. JWC Environmental Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the Muffin Monster Equipment.
