Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation/synopsis reference number is W911RZ-20-Q-0014 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 dated May 06, 2020 and DFARS publication notice 20200408, published on 04/08/2020. This acquisition is classified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 335911, standard size 1,250 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. Fort Carson intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Replacement UPS Batteries. THIS IS A BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT (see attached salient characteristics and redacted J&A). The supplies shall be provided in accordance with requirements below. Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado has a requirement for a one time purchase and installation of replacement batteries and capacitors in UPS units in the Data Center. The contractor shall provide batteries, capacitor kits, removal and disposal service and installation of new batteries. This battery purchase includes a full five year warranty. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government..
