Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center and Tsaile Health Center are requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver desktop computers in strict accordance to the attached Specifications.� Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) the Government has identified a specific brand name, and will only accept offers using the brand name; Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) � Brand Name8 is attached. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Pinon Health Center Navajo Service Rte 41 Pinon, AZ, 86510 Tsaile Health Center Indian Rte 64 Tsaile, AZ, 86556, EVALUATION CRITERIA: This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
