Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground Tenant Division, 6001 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21010. Specifications:�Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) requires the purchase of� (1) one NAC ACS-1 M60 high speed monochrome camera and (1) one Canon EF mount to support mission critical RDT&E testing conducted at multiple test ranges at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The camera system will provide the required critical imagery data for RDT&E testing at ATC this will be a Base and�Option Year 1). Please see attached Statement of Work/Specifications. This is a SOLE SOURCE requirement�the Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Expert Digital Imaging Inc. The Associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333316 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. All responses received within�thirty (30) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time, Monday June 29, 2020. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
