- Description
- This is a Presolicitation Notice. Marine Corps Security Force Regiment (MCSFR), Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown VA, has a requirement for Warehouse Specialist Support Services. The needed services are for the issue and receipt of Individual Combat Clothing & Equipment (ICCE). The requirement is for a base year and two (2) twelve month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561110. The NAICS Industry Description is Office Administrative Services. The size standard for this requirement is $8,000,000.� The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items).��� This notice is not a request for quotes.� The Solicitation number M20001-20-Q-1010 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.beta.sam.gov. �It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.� Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.� All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).� Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.wawf.eb.mil.� The point of contact for this solicitation is Donna Mason, Contract Specialist, at phone number (910) 451-3072 or email donnalea.mason@usmc.mil.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which if timely received will be considered.
