This is a�Presolicitation Notice� for the USDA Forest Service, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest,�Grangeville Ranger District.� The Solicitation is expected to post on or near�06/11/2020. The USDA Forest Service�requires the rental for�Portable Officer Trailers, Showers or Units with service, Blackwater & Graywater Storage with service, and Generators to the following locations in support of Forest Service for Fire Suppression Resources, Operations, and Personnel.�See the attached map for location information.� One or more awards is expected in result of a contract(s) for this requirement. Period of Performance:��The effective award date to 09/30/2020.� Expected to award on or before 07/01/2020. Grangeville Air Center (GAC) on the Nez Perce-Clearwater N.F. (3) 12� x 60� Office Trailers with Gray and Blackwater storage and service, (to include: Steps, Window/Door Security, Data Hub if available, 2 office/conference pkg, Bathroom w/shower if available, Office Furniture package, Air conditioning and heating package, Delivery/set-up/return delivery). (4)�Portable Showers or� (1) Unit with 4 showers with� Graywater. (3) Blackwater and (3) Graywater Tanks with set up and servicing for each office trailer. (1) Generators or more for� three 12� x 60� Office Trailers. Salmon River Ware Yard on the Nez Perce-Clearwater N.F. (1) 12� x 60� Office Trailer�(to include: Steps, Window/Door Security, 2 office/conference pkg, Office Furniture package, Air conditioning and heating package, Delivery/setup/return delivery). Slate Creek Seed Orchard on the Nez Perce-Clearwater N.F. (1) 12� x 20� Office Trailer with Graywater�and Blackwater�storage and service�(to include: Steps, Window/Door Security, one office plus common area, bathroom w/shower if available, Office Furniture package, Air conditioning and heating package, Delivery/set-up/return delivery). (1) Blackwater and (1) Graywater tank with set-up and service for the trailer. (1) Generator for the�12� x 20� Office Trailer.
