- Canal Irrigation Headgates for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Flathead Irrigation Project The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a requirement for irrigation canal headgates. BIA anticipates award of a single firm-fixed price order using commercial item terms and conditions. The solicitation for this requirement appears at the below link. This requirement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) under NAICS 332919, Other Metal Valve and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing and size standard 750 employees.
