Description

As a result of the Sources Sought Notice for Module Electronics Box (MEB) and Hazard Electronics Box (HEB) Program in support of the Vertical Launching System (VLS) posted on 27 April 2020, this requirement will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) anticipates a contract requirement to manufacture, assembly, test and delivery of VLS MEB Part Number p/n 8660400-9 and HEB, p/n 8660450-9 for the Air Dominance Department of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California. NSWC PHD is a field activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The anticipated performance periods will consist of one base year and four option years. A Firm-Fixed-Price task order is anticipated. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or around June 2020. Drawings will be provided to all JCP-registered requestors via AMRDEC SAFE. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
