- Amendment 01 - See Amendment 01 SF30 Amendtment 1,� attachments �- Amendment 1 - Questions and Responses to IIMS�RFP, Amendment 1 - Attachment 3 Pricing Proposal�Template. � The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requires a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Software Solution and support for the Integrated Inspection Management System (IIMS), a new roadside inspection system.� The solicitation includes a COTS system, labor for the customization of the system, development and release developments, user access to the system, and helpdesk support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.� �This is a solicitation for a single, Firm, Fixed-Price award pursuant to FAR Part 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items.� A draft solicitation was issued on March 30, 2020.� This aannounces the final version of the solicitation. The reference number is 693JJ320R000017 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must be registered on Beta.Sam.gov. The award basis is best value-trade off which will allow tradeoffs to be made between price and non-price factors that results in the most advantageous proposal for the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Safety Carrier Administration (FMCSA).���� Responses shall be submitted electronically to Mark Miller, Contract Specialist, at mark.miller@dot.gov no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 4, 2020. Proposals must be valid for not less than 180 days after due date. Offerors are strongly encouraged to review the responses to the Draft RFP (IIMS Consolidated Feedback and Questions Responses spreadsheet included with this solicitation prior to submitting questions.� Further questions shall be submitted electronically utilizing Attachment 2 � Questions for RFP worksheet to the Contract Specialist's email address no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on May 20, 2020. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Questions received will be sanitized to remove any contractor information, answered, and posted on this website.� Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will also be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offeror�s responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
