Description
This notice is issued to inform industry that Government responses have been posted to vendor solicitation questions. � Access will be granted to the previously approved sole point of contact (POC) for each prospective prime offeror with access to download the complete solicitation. �This POC will also be the sole representative approved to access all subsequent attachments and amendments. ************************************************************************ This solicitation notice is issued to inform industry that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC), Building 77, Room 135, 477 Essex Street, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860 has released solicitation no. HC1019-20-R-0001 for a single-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) firm-fixed price type contract for the Indo-Pacific Transport Services (IPTS). The IPTS will provide end-to-end transmission services and capabilities essential to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) in the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR), to include Alaska. IPTS will support both DoD and authorized non-DoD operations. IPTS will provide the required operational transmission services and capabilities necessary for network-centric warfare. It will provide critical communications transmission capabilities for INDOPACOM, its subsystems, components, and services to enable the warfighter to obtain situational awareness and attain information dominance over the battlefield. The services provided by IPTS will be utilized to equip the DoDIN with sufficient capacity to support multimedia services, voice, data, video, and imagery transfer at any time or any place. IPTS services will be delivered from the lowest tactical level to the highest strategic level and provide assured connectivity across the entire warfighter spectrum. IPTS will replace the current Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Transmission Services-Pacific II (DTS-P II) contract no. HC1019-09-D-2000. This acquisition will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. The anticipated award will be for 10 years with one (1) six (6) month option period in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. Access to the complete solicitation is restricted to potential offerors that intend to provide a proposal in response to this solicitation as a prime offeror. Potential offerors will need to request access through https://beta.sam.gov/. The Contracting Officer will authenticate requests for access by potential offerors.� **UPDATE: ACCESS WILL BE GRANTED TO ONLY ONE (1) REPRESENTATIVE/POINT OF CONTACT PER PROSPECTIVE PRIME OFFEROR.� ACCESS WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO PROSPECTIVE SUBCONTRACTORS.**� Once the Contracting Officer approves access for one (1) representative/POC per company�, the files will be unlocked for that representative/POC� to view and download. * Potential offerors are encouraged to subscribe for real-time e-mail notifications for this solicitation.
