- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial item services issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. �Under this notice, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) for the acquisition of Janitorial/Custodial Services for Hines Project Office (NAO) located at Building 24 on McCoy Drive, on the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital Campus in Hines, Illinois 60141. COMPETITION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720, with a Small Business size standard in dollars of $19.5 million. � AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER FOR THIS ACQUISITION.� REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. � SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 4:30p.m. (Central time) on June 15, 2020. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document.
