- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command 409th CSB/RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of a Cultural Adaptation Services ACS, located within USAG Bavaria Grafenwoehr, Tower Barracks/Rose Barracks. The NAICS code for this requirement is 624190 Other Individual and Family Services This requirement will be a non-personal service contract, solicited proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. �A single Award firm fixed price (FFP), lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus two (2) Option Years for a possible total of 3 years. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria Germany. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial services in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-100. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWNCOPY OF THE RFQ from beta.sam.gov and to frequently monitor beta.sam.gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
