Description

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the Wage Determinations. Please submit a signed Amendment 1 with Solicitation SF1449 and price schedule. Locations: IN005 2900 Division Street, Evansville, IN 47711-6899 AND IN020, 1100 Penn Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130-3848 Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than May 21, 2020 at 10:00 am Central time in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged.� Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Snow Removal Services at Facility IN075 located in Evansville and Jeffersonville, Indiana; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 1 November 2020 through 31 October 2021 with four (4), one-year options and one six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS code 561790 with a size standard of $8 Million.
