Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Bridgeport, WV that has expired.� The Government seeks to lease office space for a System Sector Center (SSC) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).� The area of consideration is within a mile (5) miles radius of 2000 Aviation Way, Bridgeport, WV 26330.� Space requirements include approximately 5,790 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 14 employees, 10 Government owned vehicles, 1 John Deere tractor with various compartments, and 4 trailers.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.�� Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested.� Interested parties have until June 16, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm eastern standard time to contact Glen T. Warren by e-mail at glen.warren@faa.gov.� The requirements stated in Part 1 Section 1.1 of the SFO will be forwarded to the interested parties approximately one (1) week after June 16, 2020.� ��
