Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Alexandria Delineated Area:�Starting at the intersection of Diagonal Road and King Street, head East on King Street until S West Street. Head South on S West Street until Jamieson Ave. Head West on Jamieson Ave until Holland Lane. Head South on Holland Lane until that Roundabout. Take the Roundabout on to Eisenhower Ave. Take Eisenhower Ave until Mill Road. Take Mill Road North. At the intersection of Mill Road, Andrew�s Lane, and Jamieson Ave, go Northeast on Jamieson Ave until Dulany Street. Head North on Dulany Street until it becomes Diagonal Road. Go Northeast on Diagonal Road until the intersection of Diagonal Road and King Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,185 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 13 Additional Requirements: Cannot be located in space on the first floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Alexandria, Virginia, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
