General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space in Fountain Valley� State: California City: Fountain Valley Amended Delineated Area: The FBO notice posted on April 23, 2019, is amended with the following changes in the delineated area: � � Delineated Area: North east on Warner Ave to S Fairview Rd; south on S Fairview Rd to W Sunflower Ave; east on W Sunflower Ave to S Bristol St. East south on Bristol St to Highway 55; south on Highway 55 to Victoria St South west on Victoria St which turns into Hamilton Ave to Newland St; south on Newland St to Highway 1 (PCH) West north on Highway 1 (PCH) to Seapoint St; north on Seapoint St to Edwards St; north on Edwards St to Warner Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,422 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,943 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): Meet local code.� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 for Government Vehicles Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1 5-year Additional Requirements: Interested parties may submit space in office, retail strip or flex space. Ground floor space is preferred; however, space above ground is acceptable as long as the building has 2 passenger elevators.
