This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 ""Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,"" as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Authority of FAR Subpart 13.5. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) under RFQ Number HHS_NIH75N98020R00006. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, dated January 15, 2020.� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a size standard of $25,000,000.� This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business.�
