Description

Please include N39040HPAC-CA in the subject line of your reply to: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement for preventive maintenance of High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs), located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment Point Loma, San Diego, CA to determine the interest, availability and capability of Small and Large Business concerns as described in the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310, the Federal Supply Code is J043. The project is planned to be issued in or about June 2020. Interested firms should submit a capabilities package to include the following: business classification (i.e. HUBZone, etc.) as well as qualifications and experience in performing the work components stated above. Please include at least three specific examples of the firm's experience performing the work requirements stated above. Please indicate the team subcontractors that will be used to support the offeror's effort and include their prior experience and qualifications, if subcontractors are planned to be used. Responses are requested by 0600 June 9, 2020 and e-mailed to:� Gisela.gauthier@navy.mil.� Responses should contain text describing capabilities only, (NO graphic images including digital company logo), CAGE Code and contact information, please. Responses are limited to ten (10) pages. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this sources sought notice nor return the data provided. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an announcement of a solicitation. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking interested and qualified vendors, to include certifications if applicable, in performing preventive and remedial maintenance on two Universal HIGHPACK 55H75 air compressors located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment, Point Loma, CA.� The scheduled maintenance and unplanned parts/repairs will be performed on two Universal HIGHPACK Model 55H75 five stage air cooled, oil lubricated, reciprocating compressors located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Detachment San Diego.
