Frank Hartzell, roger.hartzell.1@us.af.mil & roger.f.hartzell.mil@mail.mil Delivery Zip Code:� 23665 The purpose of this synopsis is to identify potential Small Business establishments interested and capable of fulfilling an anticipated requirements for the equipment identified below. 1 each - Body Fat Scanner, InBody 770 or equal.� Unit shall measures body fat, weight, lean mass, lean body mass, water content, and Intercellular water content with a test duration equal to or less than 65 seconds, without the use of a water tank or clamps.� Additionally, the unit shall have printing capabilities; 1 each - Cold/Heat, and Contrast Therapy Unit, Game Ready GRPRO 2.1 or equal.� Unit shall have a dual connector hose, left and right arm shoulder rap, left and right hip/groin wrap, straight knee wrap, ankle wrap, and full leg boot; 1 each - Full Body Recovery System, NormaTec Pulse 2.0 or equal.� Unit shall have two (2) arm compression nylon sleeves and two (2) leg compression nylon sleeves, Bluetooth technology, and capable of 110 mmHg of pulse compression; and 15 each - Cordless Vibrating Massage Tool, Hyperice Hypervolt.� Unit shall be rechargeable, up to 3 hours of charge holding capacity, have speed settings up to 3,200 percussions per minute, and case. All interested Small Business concerns are requested to provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a quote no later than 10 June 2020. This notification should include: 1) A positive statement of intent to provide a quote; and 2) A completed Information Sheet (attachment 1) In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this requirement, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
