Description
The purpose of ammendment 0001 is to extend the closing date from 06/05/2020 to 06/19/2020. Attached is a draft statement of work. Please submit your interest in this Market Survey along with any questions or comments by Friday, June 19, 2020, to Contract Specialist, Kimberly Sites. Email: kimberly.sites@faa.gov This is a market survey for Portable Reduced Oxygen Training Enclosure (PROTE) and Permanent Reduced Oxygen Training Enclosures (PermaROTE)�� The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service disabled Veteran owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to setaside the competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK, Civil Aerospace Medical Institute, (CAMI) AAM-400, is requesting interested and capable experienced sources who will successful delivery, installation and system training.� The PROTE and PermaROTE will be both used to train general aviation pilots (commercial and private) to recognized personal symptoms of hypoxia.� The requirements are outlined in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW).� Interested parties should include and Capability Statement and a Rough Order of Magnitude(s) (ROMS).� Anticipated NAICS Codes: 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) PSC:� 6640 The purpose of this market survey encourage industry support and comment and to assist the government as it evaluates market conditions, industry understanding of the requirement and capability to fulfill the requirements according to the authorized schedule as to contract type and acquisition strategy. The results of the market survey may be used to determine the appropriate business size set-aside for the requirement. Interested firms are required to submit the following: 1. ���Capability Statement � This document should identify: Type of services provided by firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business 2. Point of Contact with phone number and email. 3. Potential Partnership Agreements 4. Rough Order of Magnitude NOTE:� Please see the attached Statement of Work for a more detailed description. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
